<p><strong>準備材料：</strong>韓式冬粉一包 500g&#160; <a href="http://www.amei-kimchi.com/product/%E9%9F%93%E5%9C%8B%E5%86%AC%E7%B2%89"><strong>→這裡買得到←</strong></a> 、紅蘿蔔1根、菠菜半斤、豬肉半斤、木耳一片(或用杏鮑菇) 、大蒜泥2湯匙、2湯匙沙拉油、白芝麻3湯匙、海鮮粉1湯匙(可用雞粉替代)、香油4湯匙、醬油6湯匙(香油跟醬油可依個人口味濃淡調整)</p>
<p><strong>做法步驟：</strong></p>
<p>일、將紅蘿蔔切絲，豬肉切絲，並將菠菜、木耳(或杏鮑菇)先川燙，再以冷水沖涼，擠乾水分備用</p>
<p>이、韓式冬粉放入沸水中以中火煮10分中，撈起以冷水沖涼，同樣瀝乾水分備用</p>
<p>삼、在鍋中放入2湯匙的沙拉油，開大火熱鍋後(約20秒)把豬肉爆香再加入蒜泥</p>

<p>육、把炒好的食材放涼(因為是涼拌菜所以要放涼，不然冬粉會容易壞掉)</p>
