<p><strong>材料：</strong><br />
●<a href="http://www.amei-kimchi.com/?page_id=5&amp;category=1&amp;product_id=35" target="_blank">阿美韓國泡菜</a>……半斤(泡菜可以放置室溫2天等待發酵變酸，越酸越好吃)<br />
●秋刀魚……………2尾(內臟先去除乾淨)<br />
●蔥…………………2根(先切段)<br />
●薑…………………數片</p>
<p><strong>調味料：</strong><br />
●水…………………1碗<br />
●牛肉粉/海鮮粉………………1湯匙(可用雞粉替代)<br />
●米酒………………1湯匙</p>

<p><strong>做法：</strong><br />
일、鍋中放少許的油將秋刀魚煎至金黃色，將鍋裡多餘的油瀝出(秋刀魚煎過會出油)<br />
이、接著在鍋內將蔥、薑爆香，接著加入韓國泡菜炒香<br />
삼、最後加入水、米酒、牛肉粉以小火悶煮到水分收乾就可以了</p>
