<strong>材料：</strong></p>

<li>空心菜 &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 1把</li>
<li>高麗菜 &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 1/4顆 (切絲)</li>
<li>皇宮菜 &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. 1把</li>
<li>黃豆芽 &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. $10</li>
<li>綠豆芽 &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. $5</li>

<p><strong>調味料：</strong>辣椒粉、芝麻、鹽巴、麻油、魚露、小魚粉（可用雞粉替代）、大蒜、<a href="http://www.amei-kimchi.com/?page_id=5&amp;category=4&amp;product_id=4" target="_blank">阿美特調辣椒醬</a></p>

<p><strong>前置作業：</strong></p>
<p>先煮水燙青菜，約４碗水加一湯匙鹽巴（為使蔬菜定色）悶煮，然後撈起沖冷水，瀝乾多餘水分（可以用手擠出水份）</p>
<p><strong>燙煮時間：</strong>黃豆芽８分鐘、綠豆芽２分鐘、高麗菜３０秒、空心菜１分鐘、皇宮菜１分鐘</p>

<p><strong>做法：</strong></p>
<p>일、加點莎拉油熱鍋，先用半湯匙大蒜爆香，再加入切絲的馬鈴薯與半湯匙雞粉中大火炒３分鐘左右。</p>
<p>이、黃豆芽使用（半湯匙辣椒粉＋大蒜、鹽巴、芝麻、雞粉１茶匙＋麻油、魚露半茶匙）涼拌均勻。</p>
<p>삼、皇宮菜、空心菜、綠豆芽、高麗菜各別使用（大蒜、鹽巴、芝麻、雞粉１茶匙＋麻油、魚露半茶匙）涼拌均勻。</p>
<p>사、把雞蛋煎成荷包蛋（蛋黃半熟）。</p>
<p>오、最後用一個大碗公中間放一碗飯，再將蔬菜適量平均的鋪放在飯上，再煎一個荷包蛋放在最上方（蛋黃半熟最美味）淋上一湯匙<a href="http://www.amei-kimchi.com/?page_id=5&amp;category=4&amp;product_id=4" target="_blank">阿美特調辣椒醬</a>於蛋旁邊就大功告成了！（喜歡吃肉的朋友也可以炒一些肉放在旁邊）</p>
