<p><strong>準備材料：</strong>韓式冬粉一包 500g&#160; <a href="http://www.amei-kimchi.com/product/%E9%9F%93%E5%9C%8B%E5%86%AC%E7%B2%89"><strong>→這裡買得到←</strong></a> 、紅蘿蔔1根、菠菜半斤、豬肉半斤、木耳一片(或用杏鮑菇) 、大蒜泥2湯匙、2湯匙沙拉油、白芝麻3湯匙、海鮮粉1湯匙(可用雞粉替代)、香油4湯匙、醬油6湯匙(香油跟醬油可依個人口味濃淡調整)</p>
<p><strong>做法步驟：</strong></p>
<p>일、將紅蘿蔔切絲，豬肉切絲，並將菠菜、木耳(或杏鮑菇)先川燙，再以冷水沖涼，擠乾水分備用</p>
<p>이、韓式冬粉放入沸水中以中火煮10分中，撈起以冷水沖涼，同樣瀝乾水分備用</p>
<p>삼、在鍋中放入2湯匙的沙拉油，開大火熱鍋後(約20秒)把豬肉爆香再加入蒜泥</p>

●蛋絲、水煮蛋、<a href="http://www.amei-kimchi.com/?page_id=5&amp;category=1&amp;product_id=41" target="_blank">糖醋蘿蔔</a>、小黃瓜  (自行搭配，愛吃什麼就加什麼)<span id="more-797"></span></p>
<p><strong>做法:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>水滾後將麵放入煮2~3分鐘</li>
<li>煮熟後將麵撈起沖水，沖的時候請稍為搓揉，把蕎麥的黏液沖洗乾淨，洗淨後將麵瀝乾備用</li>
<li>將瀝乾的麵跟調味醬包拌均勻即可</li>
<li>麵上的配料可自行搭配，喜歡吃什麼就切一些放上去，可以在下方鋪一些碎冰塊，吃起來會更消暑<a name="_GoBack"></a>喔！</li>

<p><strong>做法:</strong></p>

<p><strong>前置作業：</strong></p>
<p>先煮水燙青菜，約４碗水加一湯匙鹽巴（為使蔬菜定色）悶煮，然後撈起沖冷水，瀝乾多餘水分（可以用手擠出水份）</p>
<p><strong>燙煮時間：</strong>黃豆芽８分鐘、綠豆芽２分鐘、高麗菜３０秒、空心菜１分鐘、皇宮菜１分鐘</p>

<p><strong>做法：</strong></p>
<p>일、加點莎拉油熱鍋，先用半湯匙大蒜爆香，再加入切絲的馬鈴薯與半湯匙雞粉中大火炒３分鐘左右。</p>
<p>이、黃豆芽使用（半湯匙辣椒粉＋大蒜、鹽巴、芝麻、雞粉１茶匙＋麻油、魚露半茶匙）涼拌均勻。</p>
<p>삼、皇宮菜、空心菜、綠豆芽、高麗菜各別使用（大蒜、鹽巴、芝麻、雞粉１茶匙＋麻油、魚露半茶匙）涼拌均勻。</p>
<p>사、把雞蛋煎成荷包蛋（蛋黃半熟）。</p>
<p>오、最後用一個大碗公中間放一碗飯，再將蔬菜適量平均的鋪放在飯上，再煎一個荷包蛋放在最上方（蛋黃半熟最美味）淋上一湯匙<a href="http://www.amei-kimchi.com/?page_id=5&amp;category=4&amp;product_id=4" target="_blank">阿美特調辣椒醬</a>於蛋旁邊就大功告成了！（喜歡吃肉的朋友也可以炒一些肉放在旁邊）</p>
